Obituary

Kenneth E. Struck Kenneth Edward Struck passed away peacefully at the age of 88 following a brief battle with leukemia. He was the son of Ted and Felice Struck (née Ciachorowski). Kene was born and raised in Bay View and was the grand-nephew of Captain Felix Struck, the last Kaszubian fisherman to live on Jones Island. He graduated from Bay View High School in 1952. Following graduation, he worked various jobs including many years at Ladish Company in Cudahy, WI and also as a concrete contractor, both independently and with his partner Jack Dretzka. He was a die-hard Green Bay Packers fan and enjoyed travel, golf, billiards, home projects, and model ship building. His sense of humor was legendary, and his jokes always left everyone in stiches. Uncle Kene was beloved by his nieces and nephews and never failed to send a card or greeting for all of their birthdays and graduations. He was preceded in death by his sister Patricia (née Slaaen), and his brothers Russell and Fredrick. He is survived by his son Christopher and daughter-in-law Evelyn Struck of San Francisco, sister Barbara and her husband Fred Praxel, his sisters-in-law Gloria Struck, and Rachel Struck, nephews Steven Struck and Michael Zanardi, and nieces Denise Struck, Deborah Struck, Cynthia Luna, Catherine Jackson, Cheryl Eagan, Christine Rusich, and their families. Praivate Services Will Be Held.
