Kenneth S. Roggeman
Died peacefully surrounded by his family on Monday, December 21, 2020. Age 79 years. Beloved husband for 56 years of Patricia (nee Mamayek). Loving dad of Christopher (Cindi Maier) and Heather (David) Schroeder. Cherished grandpa of Ava and Sophia Schroeder. Dear brother of Elizabeth (the late Gene) Bittner and the late Ronald (Kathryn) Roggeman. Treasured brother-in-law of the late David Mamayek, Delores (the late Julian) Slowiak and the late Raymond (Sue) Mamayek. Ken is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
Visitation Saturday, December 26, 2020 from 10AM – 12 Noon at St. Roman Church 1810 W Bolivar Ave. Milwaukee. Mass of Christian Burial at 12 Noon. Private inurnment Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
"Kene" was born on October 10, 1941 in Norway, MI. He was a graduate of Bay View High School. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army Reserve. He was a retiree of Patent Scaffolding after 38 years. Kene was a longtime and active member of St. Roman Church where he sang in the choir, was a member of the festival committee and was a past-president of the athletic association. Throughout his life Kene enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time in Florence County. Whether it was playing the accordion or singing in the church choir Kene shared his love of music with all those around him. An avid sports fan, Kene loved watching the Green Bay Packers, the Wisconsin Badgers and was a season ticket holder for the Milwaukee Brewers and Marquette.
