Found peace on Thursday, December 22, 2016. Age 83 years. Loving husband of Alice (nee Chavez) Marshall. Beloved father of Ronald and Cheryl Marshall. Beloved stepfather of Joseph (Lori) Collazo, Robert Collazo, and Lisa (Jeffrey) Derkson. Cherished grandpa of Sara Smith, Meghann Collazo, Emilee (Dan) Schultz, Madeline Collazo, Andrew Collazo, Alyssa Knobel, Caitlyn Derkson and Travis Derkson. Cherished great-grandpa of Elijah, Devon, Dakota, Kyler and Carson. Preceded in death by his brother Wayne Marshall. Further survived by other family and relatives in Clare, Michigan. Ken was a United States Army veteran. He also was a retiree of Briggs & Stratton after 30 years of service. Ken and Alice were snowbirds during the winter, but loved to travel the United States selling items at flee markets and county fairs. The family would like to thank the staffs of Kindred Hospice, Allis Care Center, and Dr. Glenn Caine for the compassion they showed Ken in his time of need.
