Nelson, Ken After a courageous fight with cancer Ken died peacefully surrounded by his family on Monday, March 17, 2008, age 62 years. Beloved husband and best friend for 40 years of Judy (nee Pagliasotti). Loving dad and "pops" of Renee (Jonathon) Stone and Eric (fiancée-Tonya Cobb) Nelson. Much loved and proud "poppie" of Joshua Stone. Dear brother-in-law of Jean Reszka. Also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, best friends, neighbors and his "granddogs" Raven and Toby. Ken was a manager with Market Call Management and a member of the Woods and Waters Hunting and Fishing Club. He was an avid hunter and fisherman, enjoying time in northern Wisconsin. He also enjoyed his numerous travels and adventures to Japan, Alaska and Hawaii. A special thank you to the nurses, nursing assistants, and physicians of 12th floor Oncology and MRICU at St. Luke's Medical Center, especially Jan with O.T. and Dr. Treisman and the entire staff of Medical Consultants for your unconditional love extended to Ken and his family during a time it was much appreciated. Also a very special thank you to all the wonderful family and extended family for the unwavering support, love and encouragement provided to Ken, without you the last year would not have been possible.
