Beloved dad of Kimberly (Chuck) Carter and Kevin Rutke. Cherished "Pada" of Heather, Matthew (Ali), Brett Carter and Brittany Rutke. Great grandpa of London Ritter. Brother of Carol Forest. Brother-in-law of Dr. Richard (Joyce) Martin. Special friend of Dave and Mary Gaurkee, Bobby "Earl" (Judy) Thompson and Terry (Dorothy) Wobick. Preceded in death by his parents William Rutke and Evelyn Blavat, sister Lois (Clarence) Slagowksi. Loving companion of his dog Bella. Further survived by nieces, nephews, coworkers of the City Of Milwaukee and St. Luke's Medical Center, other family members and friends. Keith was a veteran of the United States Army. He also enjoyed softball, bowling and was an avid sports fan. In honor of Keith, the family encourages everyone to wear sports or casual attire.
