Piacentine, Kathy M. (nee Rahn) May 11, 2009, age 54 years, after a 5 year courageous battle with cancer. Loving mother of Nicole (fianc-Brett Willoughby) Piacentine, Michelle (Francisco) Rivera and Steven Piacentine. Loving grandma of Faith and Francisco Jr. Dearest daughter of Virginia and the late Melvin Rahn. Beloved sister of Janet (John) Maciolek. Also survived by other family and friends.
Visitation at the Funeral Home Thursday, May 14, 4-8 PM. Visitation also Friday, May 15, 10-10:30 AM at ST. ALEXANDER CHURCH, 1568 W. Holt Ave., Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 AM. Interment at St. Adalbert Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family are appreciated.
