Passed away surrounded by her family on Tuesday, November 24, 2020 age 58 and a half. Loving mother of Cole (Shalon Ramessar) Barg and Kyle (Brooke Stieghorst) Barg. Cherished grandma of Apollo Barg-Ramessar, Saavy Barg-Ramessar and India Barg-Ramessar. Loving girlfriend of Mark Fernhout. Dear twin sister of Kevin Spaltner, Curt Spaltner, Kim (Bill) Iwanski-Papp, Brad Iwanski, Brian Iwanski, Bruce Iwanski. Karen is preceded in death by her parents, Ernst and Arvalee Spaltner and her brother Steven Spaltner. Former spouse of George Barg. Further survived by nieces, nephews, all her friends, family and customers at Meyer's Family Restaurant and her beloved cat Twinkie. Memorial Visitation will be held on SATURDAY, December 12, 2020 at the Funeral Home from 10:00 A.M.-1:00 P.M. A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 P.M.
