Was Born on October 24, 1990 and was taken from us unexpectedly on Monday, October 20, 2008 at the age of 17. Justin was a thoughtful, loving and caring person. He is the precious son of Jeff and Jodi Meyer. Loving brother of Jessica and Jason. Beloved grandson of Bernie and the late Julius Williams, Joann (the late Richard) Mathes and Philipp Meyer. Cherished nephew of Julie (Joel) Proctor, Carol (Grant) McKendry, Kathy (Jim) Balza and the late Michael Williams. Dear cousin of Neal, Nathan, Nicholas, Christopher, Greg, Michael, Jim (Julie). He is also survived by other family members, dear friends, classmates and co-workers at Elliot's Ace Hardware.
