Loving father of his Queen Yoneisi Vargas and his two Kings Amado and Angel Vargas. Beloved son of Carmen A. Sostre and Julio A. Vargas. Treasured brother of Elias Vargas and Jeronis Montero. Adored grandson/son of Nannette Sostre.

Julio will always be remembered by his Grandparents, Stepmother and the many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins,  Godparents, the Mothers of his children, Nieces, Nephews, Associates, the few close Friends he called his Brothers & Sisters and the many people he touched with his big heart, infectious smile and goofiness.
