(nee Liberski) Died at home on Wednesday, May 17, 2023 at the age of 83. Beloved wife of the late Marshall M. Meland for 58 years. Loving mom of Kay (David) Leifer. Proud grandma of Nicholas (Emily) Leifer. Beloved sister of Richard, Catherine (Gary), Dean (Diana) and Sharon. Preceded in death by her parents Julian and Florence Liberski. Further survived by other relatives and friends.

Joyce moved to Nevada with Marshall 18 years ago and she fell in love with her town of Mesquite. She loved the weather, the community and the many friends she made. Joyce and Marshall moved back to Wisconsin a little over a year ago to be close to family. Joyce also loved to travel. With Marshall by her side she traveled to many places abroad.

Visitation Thursday, May 25, 2023 at St. Veronica Parish, 4001 S. Whitnall Ave. from 9:30 AM to 11 AM. Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM. Interment to follow at Holy Trinity Cemetery.
