Passed away on Wednesday, May 28, 2025. Beloved sister of David (Sharon) O'Brien and James (Heidi Hughbanks) Doxtater. Cherished aunt of Melissa (William Reinhold) O'Brien-Reinhold, Daniel Reinhold, Nathan Reinhold, Ashley (Abigail Wilhelm-O'Brien) O'Brien, Clair (Cheryl) Breckenridge, Nicole Breckenridge and Alison (Joel) Knuesel. Further survived by other relatives and friends.

Joyce was a wonderful host. Her home was the meeting place for all family gatherings and holiday parties. Joyce was a well rounded crafter. She was well known for her Christmas cards and decor. She loved cats and cared for many cats and 2 dogs throughout her life.
