Joseph C. Wilhelm Found Rest on Tuesday, July 11, 2023 at the age of 73. Loving husband of Debra (nee Learman), married 41 years. Beloved father of Aaron (Stephanie). Cherished 'grandpa Charlie' to Nora and Emmett. Dear brother of James (Anna). Uncle of Ross (Justina), Dawn, Jaimie (Jeff) and Jenny (Jack). Son-in-law of Gerald (and the late Ruth) Learman. Brother-in-law of Nancy (Gregg) and Mary (the late Bob). Joe will also be missed by his furry companion Reilly. Further survived by nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.

Joe was a Vietnam Veteran. He worked for the phone company for 49 years. He was a drummer in a Celtic band for 15 years and a volunteer at Habitat ReStore for 2 years.
