Joseph Irizarry "Joe" left us unexpectedly on April 29, 2024 at the age of 41. Loving husband of Gloria (nee Arce). Cherished and beloved son of Francis and Catherine (nee Maier). Brother-in-law of Roberto, Paola and Liliana. Son-in-law of Roberto and Gloria Arce. Loving cat dad of Colossus and Wolverine. Also survived by other relatives and many friends.

Visitation Monday May 6, 2024 at ST. AUGUSTINE PARISH, 6768 W. Rogers St. from 10AM to 12PM. Mass of Christian Burial to follow, at 12PM. Interment at HOLY TRINITY CEMETERY, 3564 S. 13TH ST.

Joe was an avid comic book collector, coin collector, and passionate sports fan, and tabletop gamer- Joe always had a passion he was following. This past year marked a special milestone for Joe as he achieved his dream of becoming a season ticket holder for the Bucks, a testament to his unwavering support for his favorite team. Joe spent his last full day giving back to the local gaming community he helped build in Milwaukee, running a charity game to raise money for ExtraLife. His enthusiasm for his interests was only matched by his kindness and uplifting spirit.

He was always the first to volunteer whenever someone needed a helping hand and the first to unite people for a good cause. His empathy and compassion echo in those he loved and will continue to spread joy as he lives on through us.

Above all, Joe was a remarkable friend whose positive outlook and generous heart left a lasting impact on all who knew him. He will be dearly missed, remembered always for his joyful demeanor and his enduring friendships.
