Proud dad of Amber and Aaron Smith. Dear brother of Rick (Ellen) Smith, Connie (John) Borley, Michelle (Jim) Orlovsky and Mark (Cris) Smith. Special uncle of Sara (Nate) Michalowski; Scott Smith; Loren and Emma Smith; Matthew Orlovsky; John Jr., Mitchell and Bridget Borley. Former husband of Jana Chavez. Special friend of John LaRose. Also survived by other relatives and friends. Visitation at the Funeral Home on MONDAY, September 28 from 4-7 PM. Funeral service 7 PM. Interment Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery. John was a retired First Sergeant in the US Army also having served in the US Marine Corp. He enjoyed riding Harley's, and had a sense of humor that will be missed!
