Smith, John R. "Jack" Passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 1, 2009 at the age of 63, after a long battle with cancer. Loving, funny and wonderful husband of Ginny for 35 years, devoted Dad to Michael and Katie. Also survived by his brother James L. (Betty) Smith and sister Beverly J.
