John was also a member of Wisconsin Scottish Rite Bodies, Tripoli Shrine, Tripoli Shrine Clowns , past-president of the Lake Shore Shrine Club and Bay View United Methodist Church. John was U. S. Navy Reservist , U.S. Army veteran of WWII and a retiree of Milwaukee Forge. In lieu of flowers, memorials appreciated to Bay View United Methodist Church or The Shrine Hospitals For Children.
