Moran, John J. Born into Eternal Life on Monday, January 22, 2018, at the age of 90. Beloved husband for 59 years to the late Rita (nee Nowak). Loving father of Mark (Kum Son), Brian (Nancy), Maureen (Duane) Jozwiakowski, John Kevin (Paula), Michael ( Jane), Colleen, Brendan (Karen) and Julie (Albert) Dozier. Loving grandfather of Stanley, Sean, Joslyn, Charissa, Katie, Jenny, Sarah, Eliza, Emily Grace, Joshua, Henry, Kendra, Cassie, Alexa, Allison and Phoebe. Great grandfather of 8. Brother of Michael (Mary), Thomas (the late Barbara) and the late Frank (Noreen). Brother-in-law of Delphine (the late Robert) Mutchler. John was a veteran of the U.S. Army who graduated from Ball State University and received his Masters Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. John was a long time math teacher at Bay View High School. He was an avid and accomplished runner who completed his last marathon at the age of 82. John loved to travel and loved his camping adventures with Rita. John was very proud of his Irish heritage and Catholic faith. Visitation MONDAY, January 29, 2018 from 9:30-11 AM at Nativity of the Lord Catholic Church, 4611 S. Kirkwood Ave, Cudahy. Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM. Entombment at Holy Sepulcher to follow.
