Went to join his beloved wife Henrietta (nee Engel) for Christmas on Tuesday, December 21, 2004, age 88 years. Loving dad of Sharon (Bob) Piotrowski and Jack (Rosanne) Liebl. Proud grandpa of Carolyn (Allan) Haupert, Jeffrey (Catherine) Piotrowski, Jill (Mark) Rowe, Todd Nitecki, Jessica Liebl, and Brooke (Steve) Adams. Interment and Military Honors at Woodlawn Cemetery. John was a retiree of the City of Milwaukee, founder of John Liebl and Son Landscaping Co.. He also was a U.S. Army veteran serving during World War II in the 91st Division Infantry receiving the Purple Heart.
