Passed away surrounded by his family on Sunday, October 22, 2023, age 71 years. Loving husband of Jane (nee Royten) Legath. Beloved father of John (Ashley) and Frank (Teana) Legath. Cherished grandpa of Christian, Morgan, Frank Jr., Jackson and Lincoln. Dear brother of Susan (the late John) Biernat. Dear brother-in-law of James (Jill) Royten. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by his parents George and Gail Legath.

Memorial Visitation MONDAY, November 6, 2023 at ST. CHARLES BORROMEO CHURCH, 3100 W. Parnell Ave. Milwaukee from 10:00 A.M.-11:30 A.M. Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 A.M. Inurnment and Military Honors to follow Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
