Gorecki, John C. Sunday, January 12, 2014, age 92 years. Beloved husband for 70 years to Bernadine (nee Horsch). Loving father of Karen (Jerry) Younk, Charles Gorecki and Thomas (Grace) Gorecki. Dear brother of Eleanore Heitman and Albert (Ida "Tootie") Gorecki. Preceded in death by his sisters, Margaret Dobiash, Gladys Hirtz and Sister John Vianney SSND; and grandson, Jason Gorecki. Also survived by 11 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, other family and friends. John was a retired Fire Chief with the Milwaukee County Fire Department at General Mitchell International Airport and was a US Army-Air Corps veteran serving during World War II.
