Born To Eternal Life on Monday, January 9, 2023. Age 85 years. Beloved husband of 51 years to Diana (nee Gonzales). Loving dad of Ada Duffey and Christopher (Meirav) Duffey. Cherished grandpa of Zohara and Tamara Duffey. Preceded in death by his parents, Professor William R. Duffey and Ada Marie Cheever. Preceded in death by his siblings Father William R. Duffey, S.J., David L. Duffey, Gloria M. Herrick (Herbert/[Hap]), Rosemary E. O'Donnell (Dominick) and Frank N. Duffey. Further survived by eighteen nieces and nephews, and many other family members and friends.

Terry was a reading specialist at Allen-Field School in Milwaukee for 26 years. He was a Boy Scout Leader of Troop 271 for 23 years. He was a volunteer with the St. Vincent de Paul Society Gesu Conference since 1996. Terry served on various committees in the City of St. Francis including the Historical Society, Library Board and the Library Foundation Board. He served on boards and committees of numerous additional community groups. He lived his Catholic faith through his actions, giving his time, talents and unconditional kindness to those around him.

He was a proud graduate and supporter of Marquette University and Gesu Grade School. He was a loyal Marquette University basketball season ticket holder for over 50 years. Terry embraced life and treasured talking with new and old friends. Terry appreciated the simple pleasures in life. He relished making people laugh and finding humor and happiness in the human condition wherever he could. Many people enjoyed his gentle and good nature.
