Passed away peacefully on Friday, June 29, 2018. Age 55 years. Beloved husband for nearly 24 years of Melissa. Loving father of Alyssa (Edwin). Loving grandpa of Teagan. Cherished son of Patricia and the late Thomas Connerton. Dear brother of Tom (Mary), Patrick (Louise), Daniel (Pam), the late Mark, Mary (William) Gabrich and Kurt (Dawn). Treasured son-in-law of Floyd and the late Dorothy Oberlander. Dear brother-in-law of Wendy (Don) Schlieve and Sherry (Steve) Walters. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other family members and friends. John was a devoted husband and loving father and amazing grandpa who loved his family more than anything. He especially loved his granddaughter Teagan who brought so much joy to his life. He was also a loving brother, uncle and son to his mother Patricia who he thought the world of. His nickname was Pepsi John and his hobbies included writing and cars. He will be missed dearly by everyone that knew him. John will be in our hearts forever! Rest in Peace.
