Dear grandpa of Suzan and Alyssa. Brother of Antonia Teernstra. Brother-in-law of Jim Kelly. Preceded in death by his brother Rients and sister Mieke. Further survived by other family and friends. Jan was the Owner of the Dutch Connection on Howell Ave. and a member of the Wilson Park Wood Carvers. His family would like to thank the staff of St. Francis Hospital for their tender care.
