Found peace on Friday, September 15, 2017 age 62 years. Loving sister of Cindy (David) Shelton, Gale (Al) Moe, Becky Gibson, and Sandy (Willy) Irvine. Cherished aunt of Michelle (Brian) Flanagan, Brian (Rachel) Shelton, Angela Moe, Jenniffer-Jo (Jerry) Tetts, David Gibson, Sara Gibson, Billy (Michelle) Irvine, Shannon Irvine, and Jamie (Linda) Irvine. JoAnn is further survived by great-nieces, great-nephews, other family and many friends. She is preceded in death by her parents Galen and Sylvia Nelson. Private family services will be held.
