Found peace on Saturday, July 27, 2024, age 81 years. Wife of the late Donald A. Ferch. Loving mother of Dana (Brian Weber) Schultz and the late D. Robert Schultz Jr. Proud grandma of Marquiz Teniente, Jake Schultz and Johanna Schultz. Dear sister of Kathleen Strimple and Jeffrey (Karen) Greenmier. Fond aunt of Lee Ann, Michele (Justin) Knash and Mark Greenmier. Dear friend of Sherry Klumpp. Also survived by other family, many friends and her beloved dog, Max.

Joann was a former employee of H&R Block and the Falk Corporation. She enjoyed her summers at Yukon Trails Campground at her trailer and was an avid reader.
