Brooks, Joan M. (nee Hoffmeier) Born to Eternal Life on Sunday October 30, 2022. Loving wife of the late John A. Brooks. Beloved mother of Randall Brooks, Laurie Scukanec (Paul Gorecki) and Holly Bednarz. Cherished grandmother of Joshua (Dominique) Scukanec, Adam (Lauren) Scukanec and Megan (Matthew) Luedtke; Paige and Drew Bednarz. Dear great grandmother of Giana, Izabella, Jamison, Jaxson Scukanec, Alayna and Colt Luedtke. Sister of Ruth Trowbridge and Robert Hoffmeier. Further survived by other family and friends.

Joan was a loving mother, her family was the most important part of her life. She was witty, kind and had a great sense of humor. Joan worked at Country Gardens Restaurant for most of her career. She will be missed by many friends and family.

Visitation at the FUNERAL HOME from 11:00AM to 12:30PM on November 4, 2022 with a funeral service at 12:30PM. Entombment to follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
