Passed away on Monday, September 7, 2026 at the age of 84. Preceded into heaven by her husband, Henry A. Boynton "Buzz" and her daughters, Julie and Jodie. Much loved grandmother of Kevin and Erica. Great-grandmother of Jose, Brianna, Jayson, Keira, and Mia. Further survived by her brother-in-law, Bob Gardner, sister-in-law, Rusty Wojtkiewicz, and other relatives and friends.

Visitation at the Funeral Home MONDAY, September 14, 2026 from 10AM to 1PM with service proceeding at 1PM.

Joan will be remembered for her love of gardening and baking. She would always add extra effort into the holidays, her special Christmas cookies will be missed by her family for many holidays to come. Joan loved her great-grandchildren, she always wanted to spend time with and share her love with them. When she had the time she also loved to travel and live her life to the fullest. In the end she spent every moment of her life filling the space with as much love as she could give.
