Died Unexpectedly and Was Born To Eternal Life on Thursday, May 18, 2006 at the age of 63. Beloved husband for 42 years of Fran (nee Hrymnak). Loving father of Steve, Jeff, and Scott. Cherished grandfather of Alyssa and Bryanna, Cassandra, Rylee and Seth. Jerry is also survived by other family members, friends and his faithful companion (dog) Sam. Jerry was a member and usher at the Basilica of St. Josaphat, a former member of the Moose Lodge and at one time served on the executive board of Local #1444, Retailers and Clerks United.
