(nee Lorenz) Passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Tuesday, September 5, 2017 at the age of 64 years. Cherished Mumala of Suzie (Steve) Phillips. Beloved Grandmumala of Zane and Zoey. Dear sister of Greg (Linda), Jeaneen (Fritz) Schoessow, Fred (Laurie), Harry (Jessie), Jay (Diane) and Andrew (Carrissa). Loving aunt of Chad (Kim), Vicky; Rachel (Mark) and Andrea (Andy); Brandon (Valerie), Colin, Logan and Lyrica; Jeremy (Nicole) and Chad (Angela). Dear great-aunt of Archer and Holland; Sydney and Karston; Tanner and Jealynn; James and Oscar; Wyatt; MacKenzie and Liam. Dear step-daughter of Alice Lorenz. Jennifer is preceded in death by her parents Harold and Sylvia Lorenz, grandparents Charles and Zuzi Chinston, Karl Sitavicius and Herman and Mary Lorenz. She is also preceded in death by her former mother-in-law and father-in-law Robert and Ellen Phillips and sister-in-law Sharon Phillips. Jennifer is further survived by members of the Phillips family Roger, Marge, Barbara, Nicole, Joshua and Vladimir, other family members, friends and her Milwaukee Lake Band family. Jennifer, who hated oboe solos, succumbed to brain cancer after a brave fight to regain health. She was a lady who loved life and all those with whom she had contact. Jennifer would do anything for anyone. She spent many hours caring for others during trying times in their lives. Jennifer was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, step-daughter, aunt and friend. She especially cherished the time spent with her grandkids. BINGO was a favorite activity along with slots at Potawatomie. Her Potawatomie trips and concerts were especially enjoyed. Also, Jennifer loved to go out to lunch with family and friends and celebrate football season by attending Packer Parties. Jennifer will be missed by all who knew her and who were touched by her during her short life. Private Services will be held and Jennifer will be laid to rest at Forest Home Cemetery.
