Was taken from us tragically and far too soon on Wednesday, July 17, 2013, age 32 years. Loving dad of Julian Forjan. Dear son of Donna (Tom) Canzoneri and Jeffrey J. Forjan. Cherished brother of Joshua Forjan, Jordan Raye and Malissa Canzoneri and Krysta Mlinar. Grandson of Nancy (the late Dennis) Forjan; the late Charles Rickus and the late Marjorie Reising. Special "grandson" of Tom (Josephine) Canzoneri. Also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, other family and friends. Jeff was a very giving and big hearted person who was loved by everyone. He was a very accomplished tattoo artist who took a lot of pride in his work. He also enjoyed spending time fishing, working out and personal fitness.
