Entered into Eternal Life on Saturday, April 3, 2021, at the age of 60. Cherished dad of Bryant (Brittney) Fojtik, Alex (Lindsey) Fojtik, JR Rodriguez, and Chase Berry. Proud grandpa of Blake and Brynn Fojtik. Loving brother of Sharon, Greg, Donna, Tom, Brian, Jeanne, and Tim. Further survived by many other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by his parents Fred and Katherine Fojtik, and his brothers Gary and Billy Fojtik. Jeff loved spending time with his boys, grandkids and his close friends. Jeff's family will host memorial services at a future date.
