Tragically left us too soon on Friday, January 31, 2020, age 24 years. Son of Dawn Briggs and the late Mark Milanovich. Brother of Amanda Briggs, Scott Briggs, Nicole Lyda and Eric Briggs. Cherished boyfriend of Amber Dodge. Close friend of Dan (Linda) Bader. Also survived by other family and friends. Jeff was a funny, respectful, loving and kind person.
