Jean B. Paquette

(nee Mills) Born to eternal life on Saturday, February 22, 2025, age 85 years. Beloved wife of Royce Paquette for 63 years. Loving mother of Alan (Jean) Paquette, Michael (Roberta) Paquette and Robert Paquette. Proud grandma of Michael (Amanda) Paquette and Christine (Kyle Zahn) Paquette; Sarah and Joshua Paquette. Dear great-grandma of Kaiden and Karter Zahn. Preceded in death by her parents, Edwin and Laurain Mills; siblings, Margaret "Peggy" Rheauhalt, Doris Hocking, Frances "Tootsie" Harmala and Gary Mills. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

Jean was very active at Thompson School in St. Francis as a den mother with cub scouts, she was a former head cook at the Inn Place in Cudahy and retired as the Food Service director at St. Thomas More High School. She was an avid reader, enjoyed sewing, knitting, all needle work and was a very creative crafter with her creations all around the house. Anyone who visited the Paquette house was frequently greeted with the smell of freshly baked goods, there was never a store bought cookie in her house.

Memorial visitation on Saturday, March 8th, 2025. 9:30-11 AM, at St. Paul Catholic Church, 1720 E. Norwich Street. Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM, Private inurnment Southern Wisconsin Veteran's Memorial Cemetery.
