(nee Crittenden) Passed peacefully on Thursday, January 12, 2023, age 95 years. Beloved wife of the late Ralph. Loving mother of Susan Kaye Novak and Arrie (Thomas) Larsen Manti. Dearest grandmother of Kaye Marie Seeber (Paul Johnson). Sister-in-law of Mary Wilson. Special friend of the late Wilfred "Bill" Wing. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

Jean was a longtime and active member of Bay View United Methodist Church: soloist, children's choir director, and trustee chair. President of the Milwaukee Friendship House and Milwaukee Women's Service Club; Charter member of the Mayor Maier's Beautification Committee, Florentine Opera Board and board member Milwaukee Christian Center. Jean enjoyed being creative and giving herself to others.
