Jason was taken from us all tragically and unexpectedly on Tuesday, December 17, 2024. Age 47 years. Loving dad of Austin Babcock (Ashley Meinholz). Cherished son of Cindy Topel. Adored brother of Kevin Topel and Krystle Topel (Derrick Freed). Dear uncle of Ava and Ayden Freed. Treasured boyfriend of Shannon Wozniarski. Jason is also survived by aunts, uncles, other family members, countless friends and his feline companion Tits.

Jason was born in Milwaukee and raised in Greenfield. He attended Whitnall and Oak Creek High School. He was a former employee of Waste Management and UPS. Throughout his life Jason enjoyed dirt track racing, shooting darts and playing pool. He loved spending time with family. He was a bartender and dear friend of many at Longshots Sports Bar in Greenfield.

Jason will always be loved and remembered for his sense of humor, kindness for others, his loyalty, honesty, big hugs and how he would light up a room when he walked in.

Visitation at the Funeral Home Friday, December 27, 2024 from 4-7 PM. Funeral Service at 7 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family are appreciated.
