Of Anoka, MN, formerly of Milwaukee, WI. Died on October 31, 2015 at age 86. Janice Hayman was born in Milwaukee in 1929 to the late Edward and Martha Klotz. She was married to the late Charles Hayman from 1948 to 1982. Janice is survived by her children David (Krista) Hayman, Coon Rapids, MN, Kerry (John) Forsberg, Shoreview MN, and Mark (Janet) Hayman, DeForest, WI; grandchildren Paul Forsberg, Brian Forsberg, Kimberly Hayman, Michael Forsberg, and Sarah Hayman; sister Miriam Melzer, and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her sister Shirley Kowalczewski, brother-in-law Theodore Kowalczewski, and brother-in-law Stanley Melzer. Janice spent most of her life in the Milwaukee area and worked as a professional secretary until her retirement from her position with Milwaukee County.
