Martin, James R. "Jim"

Passed away peacefully on Friday, May 19, 2023, at the age of 74. He is survived by his loving sister Anne L. Martin- Berry (the late Col. Thomas P. Berry) and his nephew Eric Martin. Preceded in death by his parents Freeman Hill and Emma Martin and his kitty Yoda.

Born and raised in Bay View, Wisconsin Jim was a Travel Agent Manager for AAA. He was fluent in 5 languages, an avid animal lover, and a member of Tippecanoe Presbyterian Church. He enjoyed living in Long Beach, California for 20 plus years. The family would like to thank Janet Dunst, Marci Larson (My Choice WI), Brittany and the nurses with Horizon Hospice, the caregivers at Pine Haven Assisted Living for the care and compassion they showed Jim in his time of need. Jim will be laid to rest at a later date at Arlington Park Cemetery.
