Kachelmeier, James M. "Jim" Found peace on April 23rd at the age of 57. Beloved husband of Lori (nee Keesler) for 36 years. Loving father of Jen (Mark "Bubba") Wierzba, the late Steve (Kelley) and Amy (Bob) Morris. Proud Papa of Gunnar and Alexis Wierzba and Haley and Luke Morris. Dear brother of Carol (the late Jim) Nehrbass, Linda (Jim) Wishman and Gary Kachelmeier. Jim is preceded in death by his parents Malvin and Elizabeth (Nee Jeske) and father-in-law Norman (Betty) Keesler. Further survived by many in-laws, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Visitation will be held at the Funeral Home Sunday April 28th from 1:00-4:00 PM. Funeral services at 4:00 PM. Additional visitation will be held at the Funeral Home on Monday April 29th from 11:00 AM-12:00 PM. Prayer service at 12:00 PM. Interment at Highland Memorial Park. Please meet at main gates at 1:00 PM. Jim was an avid goose hunter, golfer and camper. He was a dedicated employee of P&H with 38 years of employment. But most of all, Jim was a loving husband, devoted father and doting grandpa. Honest and straight forward was the way he lived his life; he was never one to miss a joke. He will be dearly missed.
