Howard, James M. Passed away on October 28, 2009 at the age of 63 years after a 4 year battle from strokes. Cherished husband for 40 years of Carol (nee Nielsen). Preceded in death by his parents William and Margaret and brother Gary. Further survived by his brother Bill (Dixie) and sisters-in-law Claudia Howard and Elaine Shiff, nieces, nephews and friends. Jim was loved and respected by all who knew him. He was the 20 year owner of Video Visions one of the oldest and best independent video stores and a longtime board member of VSDA.
