Found peace on Sunday, March 28, 2010, age 89 years. Beloved husband for 66 years of Virginia (nee Fleischmann). Loving father of James (Judith) Denk, Judith (Lawrence) Streeter, Jerome (Marion) Denk, Julie (John) Peters and Joseph (Deborah) Denk. Dear brother of Edward Denk, Emily Schilling, Annie Guess and Helen Walden. Also survived by 14 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other family and friends. Jim was a retiree of the City of Milwaukee, a proud U.S. Army veteran serving during World War II in the European Theatre and a member of the VFW.
