Dearest son of Melvin and Dorothy Bjugstad of Rice Lake, WI. Dear brother of Tom (Glenda) and Paul (Emily) Bjugstad. Son-in-law of Albert and the late Bonnie Jilek. Fond brother-in-law of Marie Jilek and Debbie (Brad) Doyen. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other family and many friends. Visitation at the Funeral Home Friday, April 16, 4-8 PM. Messenger St., Rice Lake, WI. Burial to follow at Woodlawn Cemetery in Birchwood, WI. Jim was a very involved member at Unity Church.
