Formerly of Oak Creek, age 22 years, passed away tragically in a car accident in Orlando, FL on Friday, June 4, 2010. Jake was born on April 15, 1988 in Evergreen Park, IL. Jake touched the lives of everyone he met with his positive outlook on life, phenomenal charisma, and joyous smile. He loved to sing, dance, and act in school drama and show choir programs as well as play marathon video games with his brother and father. Other joys included roller blading, a good party, playing cards, and family gatherings. Recently Jake lived in Madison and attended Madison College. He was completing an internship at Disney World. Jake is survived by his parents, Mike and Donna; his brother Michael (Katie); grandmother, Marie; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. A celebration of Jake's Life will be held on Friday, June 11, 2010, 7:30 PM at the Funeral Home. Family and friends will gather from 3:00-7:30 PM.
