Was taken from us far too soon on Monday, October 24, 2011, age 30 years. Loving husband of Jessica (nee Nemoir) Kelly. Loving son of Michele and Tom Kelly. Best big brother of Amy Kelly. Cherished grandson of Sharon and the late Walter Schneeberg; Mary and the late Edward Kelly. Exceptional son-in-law of JoAnn and Dan Nemoir. Brother-in-law of Nicole (Mike) Bach. Favorite nephew of Marilyn Schneeberg, his godmother Sherry Schneeberg (Juan Garza) and Pat Kelly. Cousin of Jaime Garza and Shaun Kelly. Jake is further survived by his godfather, Mike Kazmierski, other family, his lifelong friend, Adam Behnke, other close friends, students, peers and his "K-9 Pal," Ruby. Jake was a passionate teacher and mentor at Waukesha STEM Academy and previously at Atlas Preparatory Academy. He loved Brewers baseball and was an overall outdoor enthusiast. He enjoyed life and lived it to the fullest. Visitation at the Funeral Home Sunday, October 30, 2011, 2:00-6:00 PM.
