Called home on Friday, August 13, 2010 age 67 years. Survived by his loyal wife Bonnie L. Scott. Tender hearted, kind, considerate and proud step-father of Randy (Richie) McCormick. Mark (Kay) McCormick and Julia (Jim) Carlson. Sadly missed by Sophie Noel and Leo Michael Carlson, who loved their papa Jack "all the way to heaven and back".
