Hart, Jack H. Was born into eternal life at the age of 74 on Thursday, February 12th joining his beloved wife, Theresa (nee Kroll). He was a loving and cherished father of Bryan (Lisa), Dwayne (Janet) and Darryl (Jenny) Hart. Jack was also a very proud and dedicated grandfather of Benjamin, Ryan, Emily, Kelly, Tyler, Lauryn and Brennan. Preceded in death by his parents, Michael Hart and Marjorie Hart. Dear son in law of the late Carl and Effie Kroll Sr. He is also survived by godchildren, nieces, nephews and other family and friends. Jack was a very loyal member of the Teamsters Local 200 and employee of ABF. Jack was also a US Army veteran. Visitation at the Funeral Home Friday, February 20, 2015, 5:00-8:00 PM.
