(nee Janczak), Found peace on Saturday, December 29, 2007 at the age of 90 years young. She was born on October 25, 1917 to the late John and Helen Janczak and sister of the late Casey Janczak. Irene was the loving wife of the late Roman "Romy". Dearest mother of Robert (Maria) Chase of Appleton, WI and Sharon (Daniel) Costigan of Delafield, WI. Further survived by 6 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. Irene and Roman shared much of their life together operating a bowling alley known as the Blue Jay Bowl on S. Howell Avenue. They were married on September 25, 1936 and lived many happy years in the lovely home they built in 1940. Irene was very well known in her family for being quite the interior decorator. Her home was beautiful especially because of the stained glass creations and flower arrangements she made. Irene worked many years for Inter-Faith, giving back to the community where she had lived all her life.
