Proud grandfather of Jamie (Yolanda) Wolff and Emily Paul. Great-grandfather of Nina, Zachary and Gavin. Brother of Gerald Wolff and Betty Ann Kleban. Brother-in-law of Mildred and LaVerne Larsen. Preceded in death by his brothers, Walter, Marvin, William, Robert and Donald Wolff; and sisters, Anita Witt, Elmira Albrecht, Erna Krainer, Eleanor Czaicki, Beatrice Hafner and June Borchardt. Further survived by other relatives and friends. Visitation at ATONEMENT LUTHERAN CHURCH, (S70W16244 Martin Dr., Muskego) on Friday, December 16, 2016 from 10-11:30AM. Funeral Service at 11:30AM followed by Military Honors. Private interment Forest Hill Memorial Park. Herbert proudly served in the United States Army as a combat medic in the 58th Portable Surgical Hospital and then worked for Milwaukee County Transit System for 32 years as an operator before his retirement.
