(nee Sloup) Born to Eternal Life on Saturday, February 19, 2022. Age 97 years. Beloved wife of the late Arnold Wesner. Loving mother of Jay (the late Susan) Wesner and Ronald (Dolores) Wesner. Cherished grandmother of Nicole Smokowicz; Dan Walsh, Chris (Robin) Walsh and Steve Wesner. Dear great-grandmother of Donovan and Cullen Crowe; Richard and Almon Walsh; Shawn and Riley Walsh; Julius Wesner. Great-great-grandmother of Ansley Walsh. Helen is also preceded in death by her parents Albert and Mamie Sloup. She is further survived by other family members and friends. Helen was a 68 year resident of St. Francis, a longtime member of St. Paul Ev. Lutheran Church, a retiree of Gimbels and a member of the ladies auxiliary of the St. Francis Lions Club. She loved getting together with family and friends, trips to the casino and Polka Music. Helen will be greatly missed by all that loved her.
