(nee Boland) Found peace on Monday, March 31, 2025 at the age of 90 at home. Helen "Honey" attended public schools in Cudahy, Wisconsin and graduated from Marquette University in 1956. She and her husband moved to a farm in Kenosha County in 1975 where they raised their children.

She is preceded in death by her beloved parents John "Jack" Boland and Julia (nee Wisniewski) Boland, brother Dan Boland, sister Joan Meerschaert and husband Gerald Geyso. Helen leaves behind children Kyle Geyso of Kenosha, Anna Geyso of Milwaukee, Cathy (Ray) Riddle of Middleton and Matt (Jenny) Geyso of Burlington and grandchildren Alec Riddle, Grace Geyso and Lily Geyso.

Helen worked many years as an advocate for individuals and families affected by serious mental illness through her ties with the National Alliance on Mental Illness at the local, state and national levels.

May she be reunited with her relatives and friends from Cudahy "down by the lake" near Sheridan Park.

A private service will be held at Holy Sepulcher Cemetery in Cudahy.
