"Daddy until we meet again

Those special memories of you will always bring a smile. If only I could have you back for just a little while. Then we could sit and talk again, just like we used to do. You always meant so very much and always will too. The fact that you're no longer here will always cause pain, but you're forever in my heart until we meet again. Rest in peace pops."

Son.. Lorenzo

"My dad was a man who left an impression on everyone he met. If you ever crossed paths with him, chances are you have a story to tell. I wish I could sit across from him for one more game of spades, hear one more story, and share one more laugh. Rest easy, Dad. You'll always be remembered, loved, and missed."

My Father's Legacy

My father didn't give me the life I thought I wanted, but he gave me the life I needed. From him, I learned strength when times were hard, courage when life became uncertain, and the ability to keep moving forward no matter the obstacles. He taught me how to hustle, how to carry myself with confidence, and how to walk into a room with style, a smile, and a presence that could never be ignored.

I inherited his sense of humor, his gift for conversation, his mentorship, and his ability to make people feel seen. I'll miss his laughter, his jokes, his wisdom, and the lessons he shared throughout my life.

As I reflect on his journey, I also think of my grandmother-a woman whose unconditional love helped shape generations of our family. Her beautiful smile, her strength, her grace, and her unwavering love remain some of the greatest gifts I have ever known. The values she instilled live on in all of us.

My father's story was not perfect, but it was his. He lived boldly, loved in his own way, and left an imprint on everyone fortunate enough to know him. Though he left this world sooner than any of us wished, I believe God called him home for a greater purpose. Another soldier was needed on the front lines of Heaven.

Today, I find peace in my faith. I know my father has been reunited with those who went before him, and together they now watch over us from above.

Dad, thank you for being exactly who you were. Thank you for the lessons, the laughter, the love, and the memories. Your legacy lives on through your children, your family, and everyone whose life you touched.

I love you, Dad. Until we meet again.
